Terms of use
Last updated: 4 October 2026
These terms govern the use of darlice.com and the Darlice app by customers. By creating an account or placing an order, you accept them in full.
1. The Darlice service
Darlice is an online marketplace connecting customers with independent vendors (meal-prep kitchens, healthy restaurants, supplement stores, herbalists…) and partner drivers in Morocco.
Darlice acts as an intermediary: each product is prepared and sold by the vendor shown on its page, who remains responsible for its compliance, quality and the information it publishes (ingredients, allergens, nutrition facts).
2. Customer account
- The service is reserved for people aged 16 or over.
- You agree to provide accurate information and keep your password confidential. Any action taken from your account is deemed to be yours.
- We may suspend an account in case of fraudulent or abusive use or use contrary to these terms.
- You can delete your account at any time in the app or by writing to support@darlice.com.
3. Orders
Prices are shown in Moroccan dirhams (MAD), all taxes included. The order summary details the subtotal, delivery fees, service fees, discounts and any tip before you confirm.
An order containing items from several stores creates a separate order per store.
Your order is final once you confirm it. It must then be accepted by the vendor; if it is not accepted within 10 minutes, it is cancelled automatically and you are not charged.
Prepared meals are perishable: eat them soon after delivery and store them as indicated by the vendor.
4. Payment
- Cash on delivery: hand the exact amount to the driver.
- Darlice wallet: the amount is deducted from your balance.
- Bank card (when offered): payment on the secure page of our banking partner (3-D Secure). A card order is only sent to the vendor once payment is confirmed; without payment within 30 minutes it is cancelled.
Loyalty points and promo codes are subject to their own conditions (minimum amount, validity, single use…) and have no cash value outside Darlice.
5. Delivery and pickup
Displayed times are estimates. You can choose standard, express (surcharge) or scheduled delivery, or pickup from the vendor when offered.
On delivery, give the driver the 4-digit code shown in your order tracking: it confirms the handover. Make sure you are reachable and give a precise address; if you are absent, the order may be considered delivered.
6. Cancellation, complaints and refunds
You can cancel an order as long as the vendor has not accepted it. Once preparation has started, it can no longer be cancelled from the app.
If something is wrong (missing item, mistake, non-compliant product), contact us in the app or at support@darlice.com within 24 hours of delivery, with a photo if possible. After review, a full or partial refund may be granted to your Darlice wallet or original payment method.
Because they are perishable, prepared meals cannot be returned or exchanged.
7. Nutrition information and health
Nutrition facts, ingredients and allergens are provided by vendors for information. If you have an allergy or a medical diet, check the composition with the vendor before ordering.
Nutrition targets and suggestions computed by Darlice are indicative and are not medical advice. Food supplements must be used as recommended by the manufacturer and do not replace a varied diet.
8. Reviews and content
You can post a review after a delivered order. Reviews must be honest, respectful and about your experience. We may hide any abusive, defamatory, misleading or unrelated content.
9. Liability
Darlice does its best to keep the service available and secure but cannot guarantee it will never be interrupted. Darlice is not liable for failures attributable to vendors or for force majeure.
10. Personal data
How we process your data is described in our privacy policy, available from the site footer and in the app.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by Moroccan law, in particular Law No. 31-08 on consumer protection. Disputes will first be settled amicably; failing that, the competent courts of Casablanca will have jurisdiction.
We may change these terms; the applicable version is the one published on this page on the date of your order.
