Delete your Darlice account

1. How to request deletion

• On the website: sign in on darlice.com, then My account → Security → Delete my account. Confirm with your password: deletion is immediate.
• In the Darlice app: Profile → Settings → Delete my account.
• By email, without the app: write to support@darlice.com from the email address linked to your account, or include the account’s phone number, with the subject “Account deletion”. We check that the request comes from the account holder and process it within 30 days at most.

Ongoing orders (and, for drivers, ongoing deliveries) must be completed or cancelled before deletion.

2. Data that is deleted

• Identity and contact details: first name, last name, phone number, email address, profile photo.
• Password and sign-in sessions (all sessions are signed out).
• Saved delivery addresses and their GPS coordinates.
• Nutrition profile: sex, date of birth, height, weight, target weight, allergens.
• Push notification tokens.
• Vendors: the store is closed and removed from the catalogue. Drivers: the account is set offline and location is no longer collected.

3. Data that is kept

• Order, payment and invoice history: kept in anonymised form (detached from your identity) for the legal retention period for accounting records (10 years), to meet our accounting and tax obligations.
• A technical record of the deletion request (date and optional reason), for security and evidence purposes.

Driver GPS positions are only kept for the duration of a delivery, then deleted or aggregated, regardless of account deletion.

4. Deleting some data without deleting your account

You can delete your nutrition profile, addresses or photo from your account at any time, or write to support@darlice.com to request the deletion of other data. To learn more, read our privacy policy (darlice.com/en/confidentialite).
